What forms of payment does Fusionity accept?
Fusionity accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Credit/Debit cards
along with Paypal and Google Checkout. Fusionity also accepts Money Orders/Checks. To order by Money Order or Check, email
sales@Fusionity.com to obtain our sales order form.
Fusionity does not accept any other form of payment. (All orders paid
with Money order / Checks will only be setup once funds have succesfully
cleared)
Do you offer any discounts if I were to pre-pay?
Fusionity offers discounts for both quarterly, semi-annual and annual
prepayments. Quarterly pre-payments will receive a 5% discount,
semi-annual a 10% discount and annual a 20% discount. Each discount is
automatically taken into account on our order form. (Discount does not
apply to server add-ons)
How long will it take for Fusionity to process my order?
Your order will be setup usually within ten minutes of submitting your order through our
online order form. Your server information will then be emailed to the address
specified during the ordering process. (Certain problems may arise which may
delay the deployment of your server)
Are there any additional usage charges with your game servers?
There are no additional charges outside of the monthly fees listed for our game
server packages and any optional features you may select for your account.
Where are your servers located? How fast is your internet connection?
Fusionity servers are all housed in Equinix Datacenters across the
country on the InterNAP Network. For more information regarding our

How can I test my latency (ping) to your servers?
Fusionity has several test servers for various games available for you
to test your latency. Click
here to go to the testip page. (We
apologize if a test ip for a certain location or game is not available.
In which case, please email
sales@Fusionity.com for
further information)
Can I customize my game server with Fusionity?
Fusionity gives each client full access to the game server configuration files through
FTP and our GameCP (coming soon). Through these 2 options, you will be
able to upload maps, modify configuration files and more! (If your game
requires further configuration, we will accomodate these on a case by
case basis)
I am interested in
your services, however the game I would like hosted is not listed on
your website. Will you host a game server for this particular game?
To host a game not listed, please
click here and submit a sales ticket. We will research the game
and respond after having understood the game itself as well as its
probably resource usage on our systems to give you a solid answer. .
